Board of Directors 2009-2010
| Vision and Expertise Shared from the Heart
LEADERSHIP | Throughout our history, this ministry has been blessed with leaders who base their decisions on God’s Word and the faithful leading of the Holy Spirit. We are grateful to the men and women listed below who form our Board of Directors. These leaders give direction to Providence Life Services, under the guidance of a separate Board of Governors whose focus is on long-term strategy.
Sam Van Til, President
Second Christian Reformed Church (Highland, IN)
As the father of a child with special needs, Sam VanTil brings both passion and compassion to his leadership role on the Providence Board of Directors. Having known both heartache and victory, he embraces opportunities to leverage his experience for the benefit of others who may be walking a difficult path through any stage of life. He graduated from Illiana Christian High School (Lansing, Illinois), Calvin College (Grand Rapids, Michigan), and Michigan State University (East Lansing, Michigan), and has served a variety of church, school, and community boards. His personal appreciation for the ministry of Providence Life Services gives him a unique perspective for continuing to move this ministry forward.
