SOUTH HOLLAND and CRETE, ILLINOIS (October 2011) | PERFECTION Community Manager Deana Wilson, of Holland Home loves autumn. And
this autumn, she's even happier
than usual.
Illinois State Surveyors recently
completed a week of questioning,
auditing, reviewing, and searching
— hoping to find any errors or
"deficiencies" in the services
Holland Home provides to local
seniors.
They didn't find any.
"We got a perfect score," smiled
Deana as she congratulated her
staff. "I knew all along that we have
high-quality staff who offer highquality
service from the heart. But
it's nice to hear it officially from the
State too!"
Two weeks earlier, Village Woods,
another Providence Life Services
community, received a perfect
score on their state survey as
well. Community Manager Lee
Campbell says, "The testing is
rigorous, yes, and it's an honor
to receive a perfect score. It's
confirmation of the heartfelt
service we perform every day."
