Providence surveys every resident at all our communities to make sure we are even better tomorrow than we are today! The compiled results of all our 2009 surveys show an overall satisfaction rating of 93%. In addition, 93% of our patients and residents would recommend Providence to their friends. These statistics put Providence well above national averages.
