Community Guidelines

|   Rules and Policies for Independent Living at Victorian Courts

1. All residents should conduct themselves in a manner befitting this distinctive Retirement Village with due concern for their neighbors' interests.

2. Motor vehicles should be properly parked to maintain access, traffic flow and the aesthetics of the Village. No RVs, boats, or trailers may be parked in driveways, parking areas or any other undesignated areas without prior approval.

3. For the sake of emergency response and security, access of the townhomes must be granted for any reasonable purpose during appropriate hours to the Victorian Village management.

4. All residents should be registered with the Victorian Village management office and designate, at least one alternate party to contact in the event of an emergency.

5. Victorian Courts residents whose health circumstances dictate the need for additional supportive living arrangements agree to seek such provision.

6. Victorian Courts is designated for single-family residential living. Residents are not permitted commercial use of the property.

7. The utilization of the common areas of the Grand Victorian Building is permissible by the residents of the Victorian Courts under the rules governing the use of such premises.

8. No modification of any type may be made to the structure of Victorian Courts units without prior written consent of the Victorian Village management. Improvements to the units do not alter the stated values or the right of occupancy certificate. No signs, clothing, flags, statues, or other items may be hung or displayed from the exterior of the buildings without permission.

9. Two pets under the weight of 20 pounds each are permitted in the Victorian Courts community. But for the benefit of all residents, these pets must be leashed at all times when they are outside their owner's unit. Pet owners agree to obey all the rules regarding pets as set by the management.

10. All Victorian Courts residents, visitors and guests are required to abide by these guidelines.
