| The care you need at home to help you stay independent
Companion and Daily Activity Care:
"non-medical” private pay help that is not covered by Medicare when you need help
engaging in daily activities (can also include some licensed, medical help)
Your independence is important to you. It's important to us too. So we offer the help you need to maintain your independence in the privacy and comfort of your own home.
- Personal/Home Services — help with bathing, dressing, and other activities of daily living; assistance with exercising, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation,
laundry, and other errands
- Companion Services — healthy interaction and activity that are vital for seniors in retaining cognitive abilities and physical health; plus the peace of mind that comes with knowing
Mom is not alone
- Live-in Help — all of the above services, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for as long as you choose
- Transportation Services — door-to-door escort services to stores, the post office, doctors' offices, hairdressers, church, prescription pick-ups, or other appointments
Home Health Medical Care:
medical services tailored to your loved one's needs following your doctor's orders
and delivered by licensed professionals, covered by Medicare
Providence At Home is licensed by state regulators and accredited by the Joint Commission, giving you the assurance of quality oversight. Even more important, our caregivers and therapists are people who see their work as a ministry. You'll sense the difference as soon as they walk in the door.
- Skilled Nursing care — health assessment and individualized treatment from
Registered Nurses following your doctor’s orders
- Wound Care — compassionate care combined with the most advanced curative
technology available to promote thorough healing
- Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy — personalized rehab programs delivered
by licensed therapists to help patients achieve maximum independence
- Medical Social Services — experience and savvy that can help you access the resources
you need, including advice about Medicare, Veterans Benefits, and insurance coverage
- Chronic Care Management — education and encouragement customized for each patient,
to help manage not just one disease at a time but all your conditions and medications holistically
