RETIREMENT LIVING
People who choose Retirement Living (also known as Independent Living) are generally healthy and able to care for themselves. They are able to manage their own home and personal needs but prefer to be free of home maintenance concerns or simply desire the security of living in community with others.

ASSISTED LIVING
People who choose an Assisted Living community generally need some help with the activities of daily life but do not require skilled medical care. Some people choose Assisted Living on their own; for others it may be recommended by a physician.
