Assisted Living Floor PlansRest and Respite

Like many Providence communities, Park Place offers both Guest Rooms and Respite Rooms for short-term stays. What’s the difference?

Guest Rooms
A Guest Room at Park Place is comfortably furnished, and visiting family members can rent one night at a time. The cost is cheaper than a motel, and the rate includes a hot breakfast in the dining room each morning. Guest rooms are equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee, tea, snacks, and a TV with DVD player.

When you rent a Guest Room at Park Place, you’ll also get a sense of the social opportunities and caring, Christian atmosphere that residents enjoy every day. You’ll meet your loved one’s friends, experience their schedule, taste the food, and hear the conversations. It’s a great way to be reassured that they are participating in life as fully as possible.

Respite Rooms
A Respite Room is similar to a Guest Room, but the rental agreement includes caregiving, so the cost is generally higher. When you schedule a Respite Stay for Mom, she’ll stay in a gracious private room, and she’ll get three hot meals a day, social opportunities, and personal attention from our staff.

Features and Benefits
For both Guest Rooms and Respite Rooms, our reasonable daily rates are easy on your budget. More important, they give you real value:

  • A private room that offers an oasis from the world
  • Nutritious, delicious meals
  • Participation in life-enriching recreations
  • Attention from friendly, professional staff

A few days of rest and respite might be just what you need. And if you are researching different care options for a loved one, it’s a great way to take Park Place for a “test drive” before you make a decision! Email us today to find out more: PPHWC@provlife.com
