A Welcome From Our Leadership

Welcome to Saratoga Grove. I’m glad you took the time to stop by, and I hope you’ll stay for a while and get to know our community better.

Saratoga Grove is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac and surrounded by trees.  It's a cozy community with compassionate caregivers who believe in enhancing the lives of those we serve. And I, as all in Providence leadership, believe in serving others as we were taught to in the name of Jesus Christ. We strive to have our residents maintain their independence and live their lives to the fullest through our programs and services. We know that when you get the assistance you need, you can find the freedom you want.

While I know you’ll get a good idea of Saratoga Grove from these web pages, I’d love for you to come for a visit so you can see for yourself how much we can offer you and your family. You can enjoy one of our delicious meals (with plenty of tasty options), stay for a hymn sing, or enjoy live entertainment with our residents. You’ll see why this is Retirement Living at a great value, and a place where you can age in place, living life to the fullest.

You see, there is a warm and loving feel to our community that you need to experience for yourself. We’re a warm and loving extended family here, and our staff and our residents think of Saratoga Grove as home. My career has been dedicated to enhancing the lives of those I serve, and that family atmosphere is one I will continue to nurture. Everyone is truly kind and generous.

I know the search for the right place to live can be a difficult one, but I hope that search leads you to us. We’re friendly and helpful, and we’re happy to answer your questions. I hope to meet you soon.

Community Manager

Marya Jordan has been the Community Manager at Saratoga Grove since 2019. She started her career as a Speech/Language Pathologist and worked in senior living communities throughout the state of Illinois as a clinician and supervisor, as well as in a private clinic.  As her career progressed, she became a Rehabilitation Manager in subacute facilities, and is now a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. She came to Saratoga Grove  because she was seeking an opportunity to continue her career in a senior living environment that was more residential.  "The description of the organization, the community, and the organization mission called to me," she says. Marya has been married to Bill for over 37 years, and they have 5 children, 2 granddaughters, and a black lab named Tucker. She enjoys cooking for and being with friends and family, traveling, and outdoor running in scenic areas.
