Their big plus was they will help people get on Medicaid. They had an excellent physical therapy unit there that’s pretty well known in the area for being top notch.” – C.L., Review (June 2018)

Thank you card with flowers acknowledging the staff at Saratoga Grove for the great care they gave to an elderly woman.

Dear Saratoga Staff,
Just a little THANK YOU!
for the fabulous care that you gave!” – P.B.,
daughter of a resident May, 2018

My mother was a resident at Saratoga Grove for eight months after being a rehabilitation patient at Providence for a month. The physical care was wonderful at Providence, and the RN there saved her life by identifying a life threatening problem. After her initial physical recovery, she had a long way to go emotionally and mentally, and the caring, loving staff at Saratoga helped her gain her physical and mental/emotional confidence back…” – A.H.J., daughter of a resident

“Saratoga Grove is one of the nicest and affordable Assisted Living Communities we visited when searching for a senior community for mom. We brought her there for a visit and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. She adapted quite well to her new surroundings making friends thru weekly activities such as Bingo, Card Playing, and get-to-gethers with activity staff. There is always something of interest going on for residents sometimes we couldn’t reach her in her room cause she was out and about so much. Staff is also very attentive and respective to her needs as well as others. I strongly recommend a visit and tour of this senior community for yourself – you won’t be disappointed ” – S.C. Facebook reviewer (May 2017)

“My grandparents currently stay at Saratoga. Absolutely, a beautiful retirement spot with very nice staff members, and very nice people. I love it!” – K.S. Facebook reviewer (April 2017)

We moved mom from an assisted living facility about a month ago to the memory care floor at Saratoga Grove. Our goal was to find a place where she could be involved in activities throughout the day in a place that wasn’t too big and where she wouldn’t get lost in the mix. We are extremely happy with Saratoga. She is well taken care of by everyone there. The staff has been exceptional as they truly go above and beyond. Mom has a large studio apartment with a wonderful view of the courtyard. The facility is tucked in a wooded neighborhood with tons of trees. We are extremely pleased we made the move for her. Every question or concern has been answered promptly by the staff as they listen and take to heart everything we share with them. Best decision ever was to move our mom to Saratoga Grove.” – RR., Yelp reviewer (March 2017)

Saratoga Grove was the most peaceful place. It was very secluded, and it had a beautiful surrounding. The lady that we spoke with sent me information regarding choosing assisted living location even though it was over and above what she had to do or needed to do, so that was nice and very helpful. The surroundings were beautiful. They were like in the middle of a forest. It was just really pretty. I thought it was really nice, but the location was not convenient for us.” – N., reviewer (January 2017)

Everybody’s pleasant, very helpful. Everything is very clean. The service is perfect. I have no complaints.” – Ann Donofrio, resident (2016)

My mother-in-law could not be in a better assisted living facility other than Saratoga Grove. The staff’s commitment to the residents always goes above and beyond what might be needed or expected. I always talk to my family and friends about the close community there, with the residents being the number one concern. Thank you for all you do. It’s more than appreciated.” – S. T., daughter-in-law of resident (2016)

I just wanted to write to thank you and your excellent staff for the wonderful care you gave me and Mom during her final days. I very much appreciated your helpful suggestions in how to care for Mom. It was often difficult to sort out my role as a daughter and my profession as a nurse. You helped me to navigate that conflict well. As a retired volunteer with Nurses Christian Fellowship, I know that I have high standards for nursing, and I realize that even I cannot live up to those standards! However, I must say that you and your staff exemplified what Christian nursing looks like for the elderly and the dying. Thank you!” – G. T., daughter of resident (2016)

My grandmother is a new resident at Saratoga Grove. Our family is happy she’s transitioned well there. This is a Christmas gift on her behalf, supporting your not-for-profit organization and giving back as she has always given to others. Thank you.” – E. M., granddaughter of resident (2015)

I couldn’t believe it. What I couldn’t believe was why other facilities haven’t caught on to this. Now when we visit, it’s a much happier visit. To see my mother thrive in that environment, to be well-cared for, to be happy…I don’t know — it’s priceless. It truly is priceless.” – S. D., daughter of Memory Care resident (2013)

Living here, you can get a lot of help but still have an enjoyable retirement. This is the place to be. It’s everything you need for a good life at a good cost.” Bernie Wiersum, resident (2012)

They’re all so friendly. They really take care of you. The residents are all friendly, and so are the workers. I was lonely before. I’m not lonely here.” Irene Messerges, Memory Care resident (2012)

I have lived here in a guest room for 5 days while visiting my Mom from Colorado. I want to compliment the management and staff on the lovely community that they offer.
