TINLEY PARK, Ill. (December 2014) — 2014 is just about behind us. Only a few hours remain in the year — the year that marked the 100th anniversary of care for Providence Life Services.
Torchlight 2014 was at the Chicago History Museum and featured the debut of the Providence Press — click here for a PDF version of the paper!
We got a chance to celebrate that milestone in many ways — with a gathering at the historical Driehaus Museum, in the newsletters we sent out (read them here, here, here, and here), through the theme of Torchlight (which was held, fittingly, at the Chicago History Museum) and in the inaugural edition of the Providence Press.
But most people spend New Year’s Eve looking forward, not back — anticipating the celebration tonight that welcomes the year to come!
We also look forward to 2015, as we begin our second century of care. We have plenty to look forward to — we broke ground on two more communities (Arbor Place of Lisle and Park Place of St. John), and are anticipating with excitement the opening of Victorian Village Health and Wellness Center. And as always, we will continue to strive to enhance the lives of those we serve in the name of Jesus Christ.
Happy New Year!
