When Elaine Mackey first began looking for a retirement living community, she didn’t like any of the ones she’d seen. But as a former golfer, Village Woods’ beautiful setting overlooking a golf course was ideal. In fact, she says that it was love at first sight.

After six years of living at Village Woods, she now loves so much more about the retirement community, especially the many activities, like the mystery scenic trips, movies, shopping, and lunches. “I go to as many activities as I can sign up for,” she says.
Elaine also appreciates the relationships she has at Village Woods. “I’ve made some really good friendships here,” she says. “I can’t tell you enough about just how wonderful everyone is. They just welcome you. Everyone welcomes you.”
