Wellness Support for Independent Living
Campus Care is our customizable wellness program available exclusively to Retirement Living residents. It helps meet your changing health needs, allowing you to stay independent longer. You can choose just the right wellness package to fit your situation.
Peace of Mind While You Take a Break
As a caregiver for your parent, we know you have a lot on your plate. If you are going on a trip, or simply need a break, our Respite program allows your parents to stay in one of our furnished apartments. They will have full access to our community, and they'll receive any assistance they need. You can take a worry-free vacation and know that Mom or Dad is having a wonderful time at Park Place.
Help Navigating Your Options
Aging comes with a lot of questions, and sometimes confusion about which options to choose. Our care consulting services connect you with trusted resources and personal guidance for topics like elder law, healthcare planning, and financial decisions. We’ll help you and your family navigate your options with clarity and confidence.
Transition to Home is a great option for those who have been discharged from a rehab or hospital stay but are not quite ready to go home and live independently. We work with your healthcare professionals to create a plan of assistance in our community to help you recover and regain your independence.
