COVID-19 Case Updates

Dear Residents, Families, POAs and Staff Members,

We appreciate your support during these unprecedented times. The safety of residents and staff remain our top priority, and we want to continue to keep an open line of communication with all of you. We are committed to transparency. With that in mind, we will be sending communications to keep everyone abreast of how COVID-19 has affected our community.

We want to assure you that if anyone tests positive, we immediately contact that specific resident and their family, as well as contact staff members who served them to determine if an exposure occurred. If and when any resident or employee may have had a known, direct exposure, we also notify them directly. Therefore, you will not need to reference these updates for your specific information. These updates serve only as general announcements to our community.

The charts below represent the number of positive cases of COVID-19 we’ve had in our community as of today, and cumulatively.

*Persons Under Investigation are individuals who have exhibited a symptom that could be consistent with COVID-19 or who report that they have been exposed without personal protective equipment. As a result, we track these individuals for potential COVID-19. They will not necessarily be COVID-19 positive since many individuals we track result to be cleared.

Cumulative information being shared dates back to March 2020 for either category. As such, the total numbers reflected in the cumulative totals include all data aggregated since the COVID-19 pandemic began.

To mitigate the spread of the virus, we continue to follow numerous guidelines published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, State and local healthcare agencies overseeing our area.
