Learn about Providence Solutions

As people reached out to Providence Life Services for various senior living options, many people expressed that they felt overwhelmed by the amount of choices they had to make for aging family members. While Providence had multiple care and housing options, some of the day-to-day care management tasks were out of our hands, and families struggled to coordinate care—especially those who lived hundreds of miles away.

The answer to the care management dilemma was found when Providence launched Providence Solutions in 2018. The program has been led by Vice President Terri Maxeiner since its beginning. Terri has a wealth of experience with aging issues, having served in the geriatric nursing field for over 35 years, specializing in care coordination and education for the older adult. She was the founder of Bridge Care Consulting, Inc., an eldercare consulting firm in the Greater Chicago area.
