Compassionate Hospice Care In Your Home

When a physician tells you that it’s time to think about hospice, the news can be overwhelming. End-of-life care is so much more than physical. You want a hospice provider that offers physical comfort, but also addresses emotional, spiritual, social, and mental needs as well.

Providence Hospice knows what families need to get through a difficult time. Our team of nurses, doctors, therapists, aides, chaplains, dietary experts, and volunteers offer the care and hope you’re looking for.

Qualified Commitment

While our team’s professional qualifications are remarkable, what sets Providence Hospice apart is the personal commitment our staff have to offer hope and help when you need it most.

Providence Hospice is licensed in both Indiana and Illinois.

In order to receive hospice care, you must have a physician’s order that certifies your terminal diagnosis, but you have the right to choose the hospice provider you feel most comfortable with. The choice is yours.
