Providence also provides financial awards for staff who meet milestone years in their employment, because hard work and dedication is recognized and rewarded.
One way we show our appreciation is at our annual Hallmark of Caring event. Each year, Providence residents and their families, along with other staff and management, nominate staff for recognition at this event. Each community and service send their very best staff for a day of recognition, celebration, and encouragement. Honorees are treated to a special day, as well as a chance to get to know other people working toward creating a better life for older adults.
