Among the Best in Senior Living

As we strive for excellence in all we do, Providence Life Services is honored to receive the following accreditations, ratings, and awards.

JCAHO Accreditation

The Joint Commission, also known as JCAHO, is the nation’s oldest and largest standards-setting and accrediting body in healthcare. Achieving accreditation is not mandatory for skilled nursing centers, but Providence appreciates the commitment to quality that The Joint Commission’s standards represent, so Providence skilled nursing centers gladly apply. All of our rehabilitation centers in Illinois have earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval as well as a special certification in post-acute care.
