As we strive for excellence in all we do, Providence Life Services is honored to receive the following accreditations, ratings, and awards.
The Joint Commission, also known as JCAHO, is the nation’s oldest and largest standards-setting and accrediting body in healthcare. Achieving accreditation is not mandatory for skilled nursing centers, but Providence appreciates the commitment to quality that The Joint Commission’s standards represent, so Providence skilled nursing centers gladly apply. All of our Providence Healthcare & Rehabilitation Centers in Illinois have earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval as well as a special certification in post-acute care.
Great Place to Work Institute has honored Providence Life Services with certification as a Great Place to Work. The certification process considered more than 1,000 employee surveys from across Providence communities and services. Read more here about our certification as a Great Place to Work.
All Providence skilled nursing care communities received the highest performing ratings of Best Nursing Home with a Short-Term Rehabilitation Stay from U.S. News and World Report’s 2019-2020 Ratings. Additionally, Park Place Health & Wellness Center of St. John and Park Place Health & Wellness Center of Elmhurst also received the highest Overall Rating.
