What is included with the monthly rent?

Is there a nurse available 24/7?

Independent Living
No, nursing is not provided 24/7.
Assisted Living / Memory Care:
Yes, 24/7 nursing and care staff are available.

What happens if my care needs increase over time?

Independent Living
If your needs change, additional support can be arranged through Providence at Home or a third-party provider, helping you maintain independence as long as possible.
Assisted Living / Memory Care
Care plans are adjusted as your needs evolve to ensure you continue receiving the right level of support.
- *Victorian Village also offers multiple levels of care on campus, including Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, and Post-Acute Care, making transitions seamless if additional support is needed.

Can I age in place?
Will I have to leave if my needs change?

Many of our residents are able to age in place with added support services.
If care needs exceed what can be safely provided, our team will work closely with you and your family to help identify the best next step and appropriate care setting.

Do Independent Living residents receive priority for Assisted Living?

Yes. Independent Living residents receive priority access when transitioning to higher levels of care within the community.

Do you have a doctor on staff?

We do not employ physicians directly. However, doctors regularly visit the community and are often accepting new patients. You are also welcome to continue seeing your own physician.

What activities and programs are offered?

Victorian Village offers a full calendar of Life Enrichment programs designed to support an active and engaging lifestyle.
This includes social events, fitness classes, educational opportunities, and community gatherings. You can view a sample calendar or newsletter to explore current offerings.
