The decision to donate is an important and personal one. Please consider an invitation to support Providence Life Services. In doing so, you will help assure that Christian-sponsored services and programs for the sick and the elderly will be available for many generations. There are a variety of ways you can make a generous contribution to Providence Life Services.

VOLUNTEER  |  A gift of your time can make a big difference in life. By pursuing a volunteer opportunity at Providence you'll not only change the way that you live the rest of your life but you'll make a difference in the lives of the loved ones we care for as well. WOMEN'S AUXILIARY | Become a part of a chosen group, that are committed, vibrant women, who joyfully donate time, money, skills, and laughter to make Providence the perfect setting for so many people. Learn more on how to become a part of the Women's Auxiliary at one of our 3 communities.

The Women's Auxiliaries are always looking for day-to-day item donations to help make our residents more comfortable. If you are interested in donating feel free to contact Marian Kickert for more information.

CASH GIFTS  |  A gift to the Providence Life Services can be made by check or credit card. You can make a credit card donation online or over the phone at (708) 342-8108. If you prefer to mail your donation, download and print this form (PDF) and return it to our offices at: Providence Life Services, 18601 North Creek Drive, Tinley Park, IL 60477.

EMPLOYER MATCHING GIFT  |  Make your gift go even further. Find out if your employer has a matching gift program by contacting your Human Resources department. Download and print this form (PDF), have your employer fill it out and send it to us. We will complete our portion and return it to your employer. RECURRING GIFT  |  A recurring gift can be paid over time in cash or stocks. Monthly, quarterly and other payment schedules are available. You can make a recurring gift donation online or by contacting Scott Studebaker at scotts@provlife.com or call (708) 342-8108 for more information.

TRIBUTES: HONOR OR MEMORIAL  |  Honor someone, living or deceased, in celebration of a birthday, anniversary or other important occasion. A tribute gift is a thoughtful way to celebrate or to acknowledge family and friends. When you make a tribute or memorial gift, a special note is sent to the honoree or designated family member recognizing your gift. STOCK GIFT, PLANNED GIFT OR BEQUEST  |  By contributing appreciated stocks, you receive a tax deduction while avoiding capital gains taxes. Or designate Providence Life Services as the recipient of a cash gift or percentage of your estate in your will. You may also designate the Foundation as a beneficiary of a charitable trust, life insurance policy or IRA.
