Park Place’s Memory Care in St. John, IN, is part of our Small House model. Private apartments open into a shared kitchen, dining area, and living room, making it easy to connect with others. Your family member can personalize their space with familiar furniture, photos, and keepsakes.

24-hour emergency response system
Three nutritious, freshly prepared meals daily
